The International Processing Fair for Powder, Bulk Solids, Fluids and Liquids
POWTECH is the leading trade fair for mechanical process engineering for powder, granulate and bulk solids technologies as well as handling and processing of fluids and liquids.
As a driver of innovation in the fields of process engineering and analytics, it brings together international decision-makers from a wide range of industries in one place: process engineers, process engineers, production managers, scientists and bulk solids experts forward-looking solutions for comminution, screening, mixing, conveying, feeding and granulation.
KROHNE will be presenting its complete measuring technology portfolio for level measurement with solids and liquids. Our application experts will be happy to advise you on your individual needs!

With the OPTIWAVE 6500, KROHNE is showing an 80 GHz radar level meter that has been specially developed for solids, powders and dusty atmospheres. Thanks to the small beam angle, it is particularly suitable for continuous, non-contact level measurement in large and narrow silos, bulk solids bins or buffer tanks up to 100 m.
OPTIFLEX 6200 is a guided radar for level measurement in bulk solids and other silos up to 40 m high. With a wide choice of rigid or flexible monoprobes, it can be used in many applications with solids of different particle sizes - from fly ash and cement to gypsum and plastic granules, tobacco and starch.
Electromagnetic flowmeters from KROHNE are the first choice for measuring conductive liquids from water to adhesive or abrasive mixtures. Up to DN3000 / 120¨ they offer a wide range of nominal sizes and lining materials.
Numerous processes in the bulk solids sector require compressed air. Precise measurement of the volume produced offers optimisation possibilities for compressor control, for example, or helps to detect losses in the network. As a compact all-in-one device for varying process conditions, the OPTISWIRL 4200 vortex frequency flowmeter is ideally suited for this task.
